1) The registration/appointment booking submitted online is not confirmed until the customer is in receipt of telephonic/e-mail confirmation by DLF Emporio (DLF Cyber City Developers Limited) or the Respective Brand/Store Team registered for.

2) DLF Emporio (DLF Cyber City Developers Limited) and/or the Respective Brand/Store Team has the right to cancel any registration/appointment booking with false information provided on the registration form/profile or information that misleads regarding the source of content.

3) Registration/appointment booking submitted online confirms that you accept all the terms & conditions for The Designers' Collective 2025.

4) The customer to provide a copy of PAN Card and Aadhar card or other valid ID proofs/documents (GSTIN in case bill is required in the name of company) as and when requested by the brand/store team during the payment process.

5) Services related to ‘Meet The Designer’ activation during The Designers' Collective 2025 are on complimentary basis, and no charges for the appointments are applicable.

6) Customers must mandatorily adhere to the given time slots for each Designer, as decided by the brand/store team.

7) DLF Emporio (DLF Cyber City Developers Limited) shall not be responsible for any product purchased by the customer from various brands/designers/stores during The Designers' Collective 2025.

8) DLF Emporio (DLF Cyber City Developers Limited) have all rights reserved to change/modify the specifics/details/format of The Designers’ Collective 2025 as and when required, with or without prior information or intimation.

9) The respective brand/store teams’ decision shall be final and binding in cast of any dispute.
